By accessing the website, placing an order, making a booking, or purchasing a service, you agree to these Terms.

Product images, colours, finishes, tones, frequencies, measurements, and other characteristics may vary slightly because many items are handmade, individually produced, photographed under different lighting, or acoustically unique.
Such natural variation is not necessarily a defect.
5. Sound and Wellness Disclaimer
Our products and services are intended for personal development, relaxation, education, meditation, creative practice, and general wellbeing.
They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or health condition.
Information about frequencies, energy, nervous-system regulation, brainwaves, healing, transformation, or similar concepts should not be interpreted as medical advice or a guaranteed therapeutic outcome.

6. Orders
An order submitted through the website is an offer to purchase.
An order becomes binding when we issue an order confirmation or otherwise expressly accept it.
We may decline or cancel an order where:
a product is unavailable;
pricing or product information contains an obvious error;
payment is not authorised;
fraud or misuse is suspected;
delivery cannot reasonably be completed;
the order breaches applicable law or these Terms.
If payment has already been collected for a cancelled order, the relevant amount will be refunded.
7. Prices and Taxes
Prices are displayed in AED/EUR/USD unless otherwise stated.
Prices may include or exclude VAT depending on what is stated at checkout and our tax-registration status.
Delivery charges, customs duties, import taxes, banking fees, currency-conversion charges, or other costs may apply and will be shown or explained where reasonably possible.
International customers are responsible for import duties, customs charges, and local taxes imposed by the destination country unless expressly stated otherwise.
8. Payment
Payment must be made using the methods available at checkout.
You authorise us and our payment providers to charge the amount shown at checkout.
For bespoke, high-value, or individually sourced bowls, we may require:
a non-refundable consultation fee;
a deposit;
staged payments;
payment by bank transfer;
full cleared payment before dispatch.
Any such conditions will be disclosed before payment.
9. Bespoke and Custom Orders
Custom, specially sourced, personalised, frequency-selected, or individually commissioned bowls are made or procured specifically for the customer.
Once production, sourcing, reservation, or customisation has begun, cancellation may not be possible, except where required by applicable law or where the item is defective or materially different from what was agreed.
Deposits for bespoke work are NON-REFUNDABLE, subject to the specific written quotation or order agreement.
Estimated production or sourcing timelines are not guaranteed unless expressly confirmed in writing.
10. Delivery
We deliver to the locations shown at checkout or otherwise agreed in writing.
Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including customs inspections, courier disruption, weather, transport delays, governmental action, or inaccurate delivery information.
You must inspect the package promptly upon delivery.
Where damage is visible, photograph:
the external packaging;
internal packaging;
shipping label;
damaged product;
all included parts.
Notify us at hello@alchemysoundclub.com within 24 hours of delivery.
Do not discard the packaging until the matter has been resolved.
11. Risk and Ownership
Risk of loss or damage transfers to you when the product is delivered to you or your designated recipient, subject to applicable consumer law.
Ownership transfers only after full payment has cleared.
12. Returns and Refunds
Standard physical products
No refund for physical products, once they are shipped.
Non-returnable items
Except where required by law, the following may not be returnable:
bespoke or personalised products;
individually sourced bowls;
products reserved specifically for you;
used sound instruments;
digital products once access or download has begun;
services already delivered;
gift cards;
hygiene-sensitive products once opened;
products damaged through misuse or improper handling.
Defective or incorrectly supplied products
Consumer rights concerning defective, unsafe, falsely described, or incorrectly supplied products remain unaffected. UAE consumer law prohibits misleading product or service descriptions.
13. Consultations
Consultations provide personalised guidance based on the information available at the time.
A consultation does not guarantee that a specific bowl will remain available unless it has been formally reserved and any required payment has been received.
14. Mentorship Services
Mentorship may include education, guidance, practice development, business discussion, feedback, and personal support within the agreed scope.
Mentorship does not constitute medical treatment, psychotherapy, legal advice, tax advice, financial advice, or a guarantee of commercial or personal results.
The programme duration, inclusions, fees, payment plan, meeting schedule, communication boundaries, cancellation terms, and intellectual-property restrictions will be stated on the relevant sales page or written agreement.
Unless expressly agreed otherwise:
sessions must be used within the programme period;
missed sessions are not refundable;
results depend on individual participation and circumstances;
recording sessions requires prior written consent;
materials may not be shared, copied, resold, or republished.
15. Events and Courses
Event dates, facilitators, locations, schedules, and content may change where reasonably necessary.
Where we cancel an event without offering a suitable replacement, the amount paid for the cancelled event will be refunded.
We are not responsible for personal travel, accommodation, visa, insurance, or incidental costs unless expressly agreed.
16. Intellectual Property
All website content, including text, photographs, graphics, logos, branding, videos, recordings, course materials, mentorship resources, downloads, and designs, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property law.
You may use purchased materials only for personal, non-commercial purposes unless written permission states otherwise.
You must not reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, sell, sublicense, teach from, or commercially exploit our materials without prior written consent.
17. Reviews and User Content
When you submit a review, testimonial, photograph, or other content, you confirm that:

Subject to mandatory consumer rights, the courts of Dubai will have jurisdiction over disputes.
For a free-zone company, this clause should be checked carefully against your licence, free-zone rules, and any chosen dispute-resolution forum.

The version applicable to an order is generally the version published when the order was placed, unless a legal or regulatory change requires otherwise.
